My wife and I hired Star People for our wedding. The band was easy to work with and made our life easy as they have performed so many times. Some guests of the party said it was the best wedding they had ever attended, and a great deal was the contribution of the band. It was great to have them participate with drum roll announcements, and music for the throwing of the bouquet and garter. Even the music during the meal portion of the party was subtle and appropriate for the occasion. Star People blessed our party with some great dance music, and acted as the master of ceremonies. 
These guys rocked! We hired Star People for my husband’s 50th birthday party. Star and his band played for at least 3 hours that night, and it was magic – I cannot tell you how impressed I was with their large repertoire of music which seemed to appeal to everyone. Our youngest guest was 16 and our oldest was 90, with every age in between, and we could sing along to almost everything, which was encouraged. They displayed terrific energy, enthusiasm and professionalism, and I would not hesitate to recommend Star People to anyone needing a fabulous band for their event.

We definitely made the right decision in having Star People play the music at our son’s engagement party. The music was fantastic and had such a great selection. I’ve had the pleasure to work with Star People over the past several years and have hired them to play at both Grass Valley’s 4th of July Celebration and the Nevada County Fair. Both of these events draw between 8,000 to 10,000 people per day. Star People offers something for any age, from infant up to the senior population, and everyone appears to enjoy it. Naggiar Vineyards had the privilege of having Star People come and play in our outdoor terrace. The acoustic set was wonderful. The electric set had various groups, genres and decades of music.
